At Aspect, Gary has successfully represented a diverse range of local retail clients, including Georgia's Restaurant, I Am Movement, Jolie Restaurant, Goldfinch Restaurant, Terrace by Mix Mix, Adaa Dance Academy, and Saddleback Strength & Conditioning in lease transactions. His expertise also extends to complex sales transactions, such as representing The Lutheran Church of the Master in the sale of Seaview Lutheran Plaza in Newport Beach. Gary holds an MBA from UC Irvine's Paul Merage School of Business and a BS in Physics from UC Irvine.

His track record includes more than 300 lease and sale deals accounting for over 6 million square feet and surpassing $1 billion in value in the past 15 years alone, recognized with multiple CoStar "Power Broker" awards. He co-chairs the South Coast Metro Alliance Commercial Leasing Group and is active in NAIOP, alongside national charities including the Best Day Foundation and Alzheimer's Orange County.

His journey includes tenures at Grubb & Ellis and NAI Capital, plus twelve years running his own firm, Pacific Inland Commercial Real Estate, focused on industrial leasing and sales in the Inland Empire. Known for a meticulous, process-oriented approach, Dave has held a California Real Estate Broker's License for over three decades and holds a Business Administration degree from USC.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in General Business from San Francisco State University and spent five years competing in collegiate baseball, including at the Division I level. Originally from Santa Barbara, he guides clients through commercial real estate with a clear, client-first mindset.

Approaching every transaction with an operator-first mindset, she excels at structuring solutions that support operational efficiency, cash flow and long-term scalability. She is actively advancing her specialization in investor visa pathways (EB-5, E-2, L-1) and maintains an active California real estate license.

Known for her negotiation skills and client relations, Karin has cultivated a vast network of investors, developers and local government officials. Outside work she enjoys Jiu Jitsu, Judo, mountain biking and hiking — further enriching her understanding of the communities she serves.

He serves as Senior Vice President & Managing Member of Acquisitions & Underwriting at DK Investment Solutions, LLC, with access to over $500 million in deployable private family office capital. A FINRA Arbitrator and Certified Mediator & Negotiator, he thrives in CRE foreclosures, receiverships and bankruptcies, delivering strategic solutions and optimal outcomes.
